Prisma Health Children’s Hospital is introducing two new facility dogs, and our Cadency team is developing the content to launch the program. The central piece is a documentary that builds on the current, outdated documentary that highlights their canine fetch unit. Our sequel will examine what defines a facility dog, from the training process to the relationship with their handlers, and the role these dogs play in supporting patients and families.

As account manager, I oversee the relationship with our client. I lead monthly client meetings, translate feedback into direction for the team, and manage the project timeline from proposal through production. Following the client’s approval of our creative treatment, our team conducted a site visit at the hospital and is now developing the documentary script.

I am also responsible for production planning and logistics. Filming will take place at Canine Assistants in Georgia, where the Prisma Health handlers train with their dogs, and will include on-site interviews. I am coordinating the shoot schedule, filming plan, and communication with the camp.

In addition to the documentary, I am contributing to the program’s social media strategy by designing Instagram feed templates, building a content calendar, and creating a brand kit to support consistent communication as the program launches.
